How Construction Design & Management Regulations affect you
Our practice is actively involved in providing the services of a CDM-Co-ordinator as required by law when building projects of a certain nature and size are planned - and don’t forget it is the client that takes responsibility for the effective management of Health & Safety on construction sites if this is the case!
The important thing to remember is that the appointment of a CDM-C needs to be done as early as possible in the life-cycle of the project so proper planning of H&S can be done before it’s too late.
We have provided services to many clients in the commercial and health sectors as well as providing CDM-C services for schools on both large and small contracts where these services are required under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.
Contact James Bradbury to discuss the need for such a service on your project.
